Refund Policy

All the prepaid cards, coupons, e-vouchers, game codes, CD keys, and any other services made available by RechargeJ are non-refundable and non-returnable digital items. As it cannot be ascertained whether the product has already been used, the service could be used only once, and the right of withdrawal is not available. Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with the product or if your device does not meet the minimum Product requirements.

Please note that we can cancel your order or refund your money only before your order has been delivered. Once you receive the item(s) (digital codes of prepaid or gift cards, cards sent by mail, etc.), they are considered non-returnable and non-refundable.

If you want to cancel your order, please submit the statement to info@rechargejus.com or use the Contact Us section (https://rechargejus.com) within 24 hours of placing the order. The written declaration should contain your first and last name and order number. This information should be identical to the data initially submitted on your order. Your contact details are requested in case we have questions about canceling your order.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.
